Coralia emerged in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, when a small creation managed to inspire and touch people from various cultures across continents. This project has been made possible thanks to the unwavering support of my Canadian husband, family and friends. Family and love have played a fundamental role in this journey, as each individual has contributed their part to help Coralia become recognized for its authenticity and purpose in each of its pieces. Eddie helps with photography, graphic design and carpentry skills, together we ground out each others skills sets.

Throughout its trajectory, Coralia has gone through various stages, the most significant being the consistent motivation to learn new techniques, whether in Colombia, through the internet, or in person with teachers who have shared knowledge, skills, wisdom and inspiring techniques. These lessons have contributed to shaping Coralia's identity, characterized by pieces with a focus on love, intention, spirituality, vibrant colors, unique textures, and diverse styles.

Coralia has taught me the importance of being unique and believing in the possibility of learning something new, regardless of the barriers in front od you both real and imagined. You just need to believe in yourself and allow yourself to shine. For me, Coralia is not just a project but a therapy.  Recognizing and valuing the essence of our roots, embracing and admiring Colombian tradition is the core of who we are.

Over time, we have participated in markets and events in Toronto, Southern Ontario, and  Calgary. Currently, you can find our products in the store MarketSpot at CF Market Mall, Calgary, Alberta.

I hope this version better conveys the connection and importance of Coralia to your audience. If you need further adjustments or changes, feel free to contact us!

"I am Luisa from Colombia, and I have been living in Canada for 7 years, I started beading during the pandemic inspired by my grandma and mom who always like to make bracelets. This endeavour helps me to connect with my inner child.  As soon as I started this journey, I felt passionate about it. I wanted to learn more every time I picked up the needle. Beading has taught me the importance of believing in myself and embracing the opportunity to learn something new. Beading is therapy, a daily meditation, where colours and ideas bloom into colourful realities.
